ATSG is seeking resumes for a Project Analyst to join the Information Technology Services Division, Collaboration and Compliance Section, Mobility Program Office (MPO) at the Federal Bureau of Investigation in Washington, DC, Winchester, VA, and Clarksburg, WV.  The Information Technology Services Division, Collaboration and Compliance Section, Mobility Program Office (MPO) is responsible for architecting, developing, administering, maintaining, and operating; the FBI’s Mobile Device Management (MDM) system maintained on a commercial cloud provider; supporting and refreshing of the FBI 36,000+ Smartphones or tablets running Android, Windows, and Apple iOS platforms; architecting, developing, administering, maintaining, and operating the Enterprise Remote Access System (ERAS) backend network and identity management systems; and provide Tier 3 and Tier 4 administrative support for a secure mobility solution based on Commercial Solution for Classified (CSfC).
 
In support of this mission, MPO is responsible for system architecture, development and operations and maintenance (O&M) services for the MDM system and cloud environment; providing Tier 3, Tier 4, and hardware refresh support for the FBI’s 36,000+ Smartphones or tablets running Android, Windows, and Apple iOS platforms; architecting, developing, administering, maintaining, and operating the Enterprise Remote Access System (ERAS) backend network and identity management systems; and provide Tier 3 and Tier 4 administrative support for a secure mobility solution based on Commercial Solution for Classified (CSfC).
 
The Contractor shall provide technology task support to include support of Agile Development Methodologies, Operations and Maintenance, Change Management, and training necessary to support the FBI’s mobility environment. The primary method of tasking artifact delivery will be within the construct of regular Agile ceremonies (Daily scrum, sprint/release demos and retrospectives and similar).

The successful candidate will:
  • Perform Scrum Master duties and provide status reporting of team activities
  • Create and update presentations
  • Gather and document project requirements
  • Participate in meetings and generate appropriate project status updates
  • Maintain and report on project financials
  • Maintain timely status inputs and corrections for accurate reporting
  • Produce project staffing forecasts
  • Track and document project change plans
  • Monitor the Change Management process for management
    • Initiate change management actions for both planned and emergency actions
    • Participate in the development of new or update of processes  
  • Provide specific daily task list to include support of internal customers and special projects
 
Essential Qualifications:
  • Active Top Secret clearance w/ SCI eligibility
  • 2 years experience providing project coordination and/or project analyst support
  • Experience gathering and documenting customer requirements, project status updates, memos and meeting minutes
  • Scrum Master Certification or equivalent
