ATSG is seeking resumes for an Engineering Subject Matter Specialist at the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) in Richmond, Virginia to join the Account Management Provisioning System (AMPS).  AMPS is responsible for providing Identity Management (IDM) and provisioning throughout the Identity lifecycle for DLA systems and users using commercial off the shelf (COTS) software.
 
AMPS expands and supports OIM (Oracle Identity Management) AMPS as DLA’s IDM solution.  AMPS also supports OIM AMPS as the Defense Finance and Accounting (DFAS) Agency’s IDM and provisioning solution

Responsibilities/The successful candidate will:
  • Participate in system design and configuration control activities and identify interdependencies and challenges.
  • Provide recommendation to overcome challenges and to address interdependencies.
  • Participate in the preparation of test planning and recommend strategies to reduce required testing time.
  • Participates in all phases of software development with emphasis on the planning, analysis, modeling, simulation, testing, integration, documentation and presentation phases.
  • Provides technical knowledge and analysis of highly specialized applications and operational environment, high-level functional systems analysis, design, integration, documentation, and implementation advice on exceptionally complex problems that necessitate high-level knowledge of the subject matter for effective implementation.
 
Essential Qualifications:
  • 5 years of relevant experience
  • Possess IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC) at time of proposal submission
  • Meets all applicable 8570 certification requirements
