ATSG is seeking resumes for an Information Assurance Security Engineer at the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) in Richmond, Virginia to join the Account Management Provisioning System (AMPS). AMPS is responsible for providing Identity Management (IDM) and provisioning throughout the Identity lifecycle for DLA systems and users using commercial off the shelf (COTS) software.
AMPS expands and supports OIM (Oracle Identity Management) AMPS as DLA’s IDM solution.  AMPS also supports OIM AMPS as the Defense Finance and Accounting (DFAS) Agency’s IDM and provisioning solution.

Responsibilities/The successful candidate will:
  • Provides security engineering support for planning, design, development, testing, demonstration, integration of information systems.
  • Applies analytical and systematic approaches in the resolution of problems of work flow, organization, and planning.
  • Analyses information security requirements.
  • Tasks involve integration of electronic processes or methodologies to resolve total system problems or technology problems as they relate to IA requirements.
  • Perform a variety of routine project tasks applied to specialized information assurance problems.
Essential Qualifications:
  • 7 years of relevant IT experience
  • DOD Secret Clearance
  • Must be eligible for IT II
  • Relevant certification meeting DOD 8570.01 IAM level II
Computing Environment Experience:
  • ArcSign Enterprise Security Manager (ESM) 5.0 Security Analyst or ArcSight Logger 5.0 Administration Operations
  • HBSS Administrator or HBSS Advanced
  • McAfee Network Security Platform Administration
