ATSG is seeking resumes for a Microsoft Exchange Engineer for Mobility to join the Information Technology Services Division, Collaboration and Compliance Section, Mobility Program Office (MPO) at the Federal Bureau of Investigation in Washington, DC, Winchester, VA, and Clarksburg, WV.  The Information Technology Services Division, Collaboration and Compliance Section, Mobility Program Office (MPO) is responsible for architecting, developing, administering, maintaining, and operating; the FBI’s Mobile Device Management (MDM) system maintained on a commercial cloud provider; supporting and refreshing of the FBI 36,000+ Smartphones or tablets running Android, Windows, and Apple iOS platforms; architecting, developing, administering, maintaining, and operating the Enterprise Remote Access System (ERAS) backend network and identity management systems; and provide Tier 3 and Tier 4 administrative support for a secure mobility solution based on Commercial Solution for Classified (CSfC).
 
In support of this mission, MPO is responsible for system architecture, development and operations and maintenance (O&M) services for the MDM system and cloud environment; providing Tier 3, Tier 4, and hardware refresh support for the FBI’s 36,000+ Smartphones or tablets running Android, Windows, and Apple iOS platforms; architecting, developing, administering, maintaining, and operating the Enterprise Remote Access System (ERAS) backend network and identity management systems; and provide Tier 3 and Tier 4 administrative support for a secure mobility solution based on Commercial Solution for Classified (CSfC).
 
The Contractor shall provide technology task support to include support of Agile Development Methodologies, Operations and Maintenance, Change Management, and training necessary to support the FBI’s mobility environment. The primary method of tasking artifact delivery will be within the construct of regular Agile ceremonies (Daily scrum, sprint/release demos and retrospectives and similar).

The successful candidate will:
  • Liaison between the Mobility Program Office and the Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Division
  • Support existing operational systems and new development
  • Perform duties as Squad Lead in an Agile development environment
  • Support full lifecycle of connectivity with the CJIS/DOJ TIC and HQ/ITID/NOU in support of Mobile Communications Development and Communications Enhancement initiatives
  • Provide MS Exchange engineering support in a large scale enterprise environment
  • Support Load Balanced, MDM Controlled Mobile Device Deployment (Exchange ActiveSync)
  • Design, install, operate and maintain Airwatch MDM server environment
  • Provide troubleshooting for mobile devices and after hours on-call support
  • Manage F5 Big IP load balancing configuration and traffic monitoring
  • Utilization of Powershell for automating daily tasks, monitoring, and reporting
  • Manage the life cycle process into a release cycle and production following an Agile Development Methodology
  • Writing documentation, supporting meetings, writing presentations, and answering questions
 
Essential Qualifications:
  • Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
  • 5 years of experience with Microsoft Exchange Server Administration and Engineering to include Enterprise versions 2010, 2013, and Office 365
  • 5 years of experience with Windows Server Administration and Engineering to include Standard and Enterprise versions of Windows Server 2008 and above.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent  
 
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 8-10 years of Microsoft Active Directory experience
  • 8-10 years of experience in virtualization using VMWare Server Virtualization to include ESX Versions 3.X – 5.X
