ATSG is seeking resumes for an ERAS Mobility Tier III OS System Engineer to join the Information Technology Services Division, Collaboration and Compliance Section, Mobility Program Office (MPO) at the Federal Bureau of Investigation in Washington, DC, Winchester, VA, and Clarksburg, WV.  The Information Technology Services Division, Collaboration and Compliance Section, Mobility Program Office (MPO) is responsible for architecting, developing, administering, maintaining, and operating; the FBI’s Mobile Device Management (MDM) system maintained on a commercial cloud provider; supporting and refreshing of the FBI 36,000+ Smartphones or tablets running Android, Windows, and Apple iOS platforms; architecting, developing, administering, maintaining, and operating the Enterprise Remote Access System (ERAS) backend network and identity management systems; and provide Tier 3 and Tier 4 administrative support for a secure mobility solution based on Commercial Solution for Classified (CSfC).
 
In support of this mission, MPO is responsible for system architecture, development and operations and maintenance (O&M) services for the MDM system and cloud environment; providing Tier 3, Tier 4, and hardware refresh support for the FBI’s 36,000+ Smartphones or tablets running Android, Windows, and Apple iOS platforms; architecting, developing, administering, maintaining, and operating the Enterprise Remote Access System (ERAS) backend network and identity management systems; and provide Tier 3 and Tier 4 administrative support for a secure mobility solution based on Commercial Solution for Classified (CSfC).
 
The Contractor shall provide technology task support to include support of Agile Development Methodologies, Operations and Maintenance, Change Management, and training necessary to support the FBI’s mobility environment. The primary method of tasking artifact delivery will be within the construct of regular Agile ceremonies (Daily scrum, sprint/release demos and retrospectives and similar). The Contractor shall enter into, and maintain, a valid Memorandum of Agreement with the NSA CSfC Program Management Office for inclusion on the CSfC Trusted Integrator list.

The successful candidate will:
  • Build and maintain secure configurations Linux operations systems (SELinux)
  • Write scripts to automate activities that leverage Linux OS functions and features
  • Gathers user requirements using multiple methodologies to formulate system requirements documents, systems security requirements documents, and system test plans
  • Collaborate with other Government agencies to gather information about mobile architectures, security concerns, and lessons learned
  • Evaluate alternative mobile solution architecture components and provide recommendations
  • Leverage expertise with mobile solution components (AirWatch MDM, VMware, SQL, etc.) to install, configure and integrate into the mobile solution architecture
  • Move components from a testing environment through the change and configuration management process
  • Manage the life cycle process into a release cycle and production following the Agile Development Methodology
  • Maintain and provide Tier III support for troubleshooting ERAS infrastructure components
  • Gather system performance requirements, configure network components and monitor alarms and logs using syslog servers (e.g., Splunk, etc.)  
 
Essential Qualifications:
  • Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
  • 6 years of relevant IT experience
  • Experience with Unix and Linux systems build, design, and integration
  • 2 years of PKI certificate Lifecycle Management
 
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Cisco Certified Network Professional or equivalent certification
  • Tier III support experience with an industry Internet Service Provider
