ATSG is seeking resumes for an ERAS Mobility Network Infrastructure Engineer to join the Information Technology Services Division, Collaboration and Compliance Section, Mobility Program Office (MPO) at the Federal Bureau of Investigation in Washington, DC, Winchester, VA, and Clarksburg, WV.  The Information Technology Services Division, Collaboration and Compliance Section, Mobility Program Office (MPO) is responsible for architecting, developing, administering, maintaining, and operating; the FBI’s Mobile Device Management (MDM) system maintained on a commercial cloud provider; supporting and refreshing of the FBI 36,000+ Smartphones or tablets running Android, Windows, and Apple iOS platforms; architecting, developing, administering, maintaining, and operating the Enterprise Remote Access System (ERAS) backend network and identity management systems; and provide Tier 3 and Tier 4 administrative support for a secure mobility solution based on Commercial Solution for Classified (CSfC).
 
In support of this mission, MPO is responsible for system architecture, development and operations and maintenance (O&M) services for the MDM system and cloud environment; providing Tier 3, Tier 4, and hardware refresh support for the FBI’s 36,000+ Smartphones or tablets running Android, Windows, and Apple iOS platforms; architecting, developing, administering, maintaining, and operating the Enterprise Remote Access System (ERAS) backend network and identity management systems; and provide Tier 3 and Tier 4 administrative support for a secure mobility solution based on Commercial Solution for Classified (CSfC).
 
The Contractor shall provide technology task support to include support of Agile Development Methodologies, Operations and Maintenance, Change Management, and training necessary to support the FBI’s mobility environment. The primary method of tasking artifact delivery will be within the construct of regular Agile ceremonies (Daily scrum, sprint/release demos and retrospectives and similar). The Contractor shall enter into, and maintain, a valid Memorandum of Agreement with the NSA CSfC ProgramManagement Office for inclusion on the CSfC Trusted Integrator list.

The successful candidate will:
  • Architect scalable virtualized platforms (both desktop and server)
  • Secure network devices to include modems, routers, and switches
  • Support the Enterprise Remote Access Service (ERAS) on a daily basis
  • Support Agile development at daily SCRUM meetings and perform as SCRUM Master as necessary
  • Participate in design reviews of components (hardware and software) to ensure applicability to the current system and traceability of requirements through compliance verification and validation
  • Recommend changes to improve systems and network security, and determine hardware or software requirements related to such changes
  • Provide higher tier trouble shooting and issue resolution when problems are escalated
  • Perform special integration projects in the ERAS environment as required  
 
Essential Qualifications:
  • Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility
  • 7 years of IT experience with five years in solution architecture/design, integration, deployment, and operations
  • Experience with Unix and Linux systems build, design, and integration
  • Experience with Enterprise VPN concentrators such as Juniper and/or Cisco and/or Aruba
 
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNAP) or equivalent certification
  • Experience with Microsoft Powershell and/or Unix shell scripting.
