ATSG is seeking resumes for a Data Analyst at the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in Washington, DC to join the Information Technology Infrastructure Division (ITID) in their Wireless Communication Program (WCP). ITID is responsible for planning, developing, and managing the Bureau’s intelligence workforce. The WCP provides program management of Smartphones to provide wireless communication services to bureau personnel.  The program is responsible for managing the day to day wireless services for various telecommunication services such as voice, data, mobile application, and general program analysis and reporting.  The overall core responsibility of the program is to provide daily customer service liaison with 56 field offices and various Headquarters Divisions in the Washington DC and Quantico region.               

Required—you ‘gotta have it:
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Top Secret (TS) Security Clearance (active and adjudicated).
  • 1 year experience in advanced technical writing and data analysis skills.
  • 1 year experience and advanced skills with Microsoft Office programs and Oracle 11g.
  • Ability to design, maintain, and customize the data warehouse of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc data tracking as mandated.
  • Ability to analyze data to track usage, billing, and HR data to create and distribute weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports as required.
  • Ability to use streamline data merging techniques and data tool sets, and customize scripting to efficiently produce all data analysis and reporting requirements.

Responsibilities—what your days will look like:
  • Coordinate the entire team requirements for data reporting, data analysis, process management, and customer support liaison initiatives.
  • Support wireless device users daily, using the Service manager application to view, track, and update service desk IT tickets that concern wireless services and devices. Examples of common tasks include new device orders, Mobile Telephone Number (MTN) changes, and MTN Voice Mail password resets.
  • Downloads and merges vendor and FBI weekly and monthly data.
  • Creates customized weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
  • Provide Customer Service Support to all customers while working on this task order.
  • Provide input to program process creation, enhancements, or documentation.
  • Document the programs, processes, manages the sharing of reports and distribution, and the teams detail processes as required by the FBI.
  • Coordinate liaison responses for all mobile telephone number responses between telecommunication vendors and customers.
  • Designs, maintains, and customized the WCP data warehouse of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc data tracking as mandated by the FBI.
  • Analyzes data to track usage, billing, and FBI Human Resource data to create and distribute weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports as required by the FBI.
  • Streamline data merging techniques and data analysis tool sets with expertise recommendations on off the shelf data analysis products as well as customized scripting to efficiently produce all data analysis and reporting requirements.
  • Provide analysis to manage cost, reduce waste, and coordinates recommendations with the task lead for constant reporting the WCP PM as well as designated FBI customers.
  • Investigate vendor chargers and ensure correctness and ensure any cost saving measures are evaluated and carried out in coordination with the FBI WCP personnel.
